Kadri Sirg is the Head of European Union Affairs at Helmes. She oversees company’s business development activities directed towards international public institutions. Helmes has been an application and software development partner for the OECD for the last 6 years and is committed to share its international public organisation’s digitalisation experience with other international institutions. In her position she also supports company activities in exploring new markets like Canada. During 15 years Helmes has co-created with the Government of Estonia more than 200 e-governance solution. The e-prescription and state self-service portal for 35,000 civil servants are only few examples. As an active member of the Estonian Information Technology Cluster Kadri contributes to the development of export activities of the Estonian Information Technology Sector.
Prior to joining Helmes, Kadri was the Head of the Estonian Liaison Office for the European Union Research and Development in Brussels. In that position she also promoted the digital innovations of the Estonian researchers and private sector. She holds Master’s of Science Degree in Environmental Change and Management from the University of Oxford and LL.M in the International and Comparative Law from the University of Uppsala. During her previous career as a public interest environmental law researcher and lawyer she attended course at the Harvard University, Columbia University, New York University and the Pace Law School.
